On Saturday I decided to make a surprise trip to Leipzig, around 200 km from Berlin. 2 girls that I met while I lived in Madrid live there and luck had it that also a foruth girl from Madrid was spending her vacation close by so we decided to meet up. It was a really good time we ended up sitting around the breakfast table and talking for 5 hours, we had a lot of catching up to do, I hadn´t seen some of them in 4 years.
There was a lot of eating but definitely also a lot of climbing, Bea lives on the 5th floor and we went up and down these stairs like 10 times. She also took me up a steep hill from where we had a fantastic view of the glisteing lights of Leipzig at night. We finished the night with a cider at Beas favorite Irish Pub KillyWilly or somethig like that and today I made it back home to Berlin right before the rain started again.
